Often when it comes to conversations about money, people in the financial services sector have an in-built tendency to focus much more on the ‘numbers’ and much less on the ‘people’.
Possibly, it’s simply because of the traditional way that we’ve all been trained.
But it’s just wrong.
We knew there had to be a better way – which is why we’re now partnering exclusively with Olivia Stefanino (pictured) who brings a whole new, exciting depth and freedom to everything we do.
Olivia has spent nearly three decades working in the field of leadership, emotions and relationships – both in her private practice and as an executive business coach and leadership trainer.
As a former journalist (she ultimately ended up editing a couple of business magazines and interviewing some exciting people, including Sir Richard Branson) she’s also learned how to ask great questions.

She’s used all this experience to develop some powerful tools – including the ‘Money Types’ emotional profiling system, which you can read about in her compelling and intriguing book, “The Money Types Guidebook”.
Everyone on the Enlightened Money team now speaks the ‘Money Types’ language – and for us, it’s the ‘difference that makes the difference’ when it comes to the often ‘life-changing’ work we do with clients.
